Privacy Policy

• Contact and delivery details — name, mobile number, delivery address and, optionally, email. Without these we cannot deliver.
• Order history — what you bought and when, so you can reorder and we can handle refunds.
• Account details — if you sign up, your login identity (email or Google account) and language preference.
• Assistant conversations — if you use the in-app assistant, the messages are stored so we can check answer quality and fix mistakes.

We do not store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or bank credentials. Card and netbanking payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway; those details never reach our servers.

• Processing, packing and delivering your orders.
• Contacting you about a specific order — by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• Reward points, referrals and coupon eligibility.
• Understanding what to stock more of, using aggregate sales data.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Only the service providers we need to run the shop:

• Our hosting and database provider, which stores the data securely.
• Our payment gateway, for online payments only.
• Our delivery staff, who see the name, phone number and address for the order they are delivering.
• The AI assistant provider, which processes your assistant messages to generate a reply.

The site is served over HTTPS. Database access is protected by row-level security, which means one customer's account cannot read another customer's orders, addresses or wishlist — this is enforced by the database itself, not just by the app.

• View and edit your profile, addresses and wishlist any time from your account.
• Ask us to delete your account and personal data — we'll keep only what tax law requires us to retain on past invoices.
• Order as a guest, without creating an account at all.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language and cart. Your cart is stored in your own browser. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
