Shipping & Delivery Policy

Kathua Kart delivers within Kathua city limits — pincode 184101. Orders to other pincodes cannot be placed at checkout. We plan to expand to surrounding areas.

• Standard delivery: typically within 2–4 hours of order confirmation.
• Same-day window: orders placed between 7:00 AM and 11:59 PM are processed the same day.
• Chosen slot: if you pick a delivery slot at checkout, we deliver inside that window. Slots have limited capacity and are first come, first served.

• A delivery fee of ₹30 applies to orders below ₹499.
• Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 and above.
• The minimum order value is ₹199.

The exact fee is always shown on the checkout page before you place the order — there are no charges added afterwards.

Every order gets an order number like KK-260812-0001. You can follow it live on the order page, and we'll message you on WhatsApp as it moves from confirmed to packed to out for delivery. Signed-in customers also find it under My Orders.

• Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the address given.
• Check the items and their quality at the time of delivery — that's the easiest moment to sort out any problem.
• For cash on delivery, please keep the exact amount ready where possible.
• If nobody is available, our delivery partner will call. Undelivered orders may be returned to the store and cancelled.

Heavy rain, festival rush and local road closures can slow deliveries down. If your order is running late, we'll call or message you — and you can always reach us on WhatsApp for a status.
