Terms & Conditions

• The minimum order value is ₹199.
• An order is a request to buy. It is confirmed once we accept it — you'll see the status change to Confirmed.
• We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the address is outside our delivery area, or we cannot reach you to confirm.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
• Prices and stock change often. The price shown when you place the order is the price you pay.
• Product images are indicative. Packaging, brand variant and size may differ slightly from the photo.
• For loose items sold by weight, small variations in the delivered quantity are normal.

• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout — which may include cash on delivery, UPI, and online card or netbanking payment.
• For UPI payments made by scanning our QR code, your order is confirmed once we verify the reference number you submit.
• Failed or unverified payments may delay or cancel the order.

Delivery areas, timings and charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Coupons have their own minimum order value, expiry date and usage limit, shown when you apply them.
• Reward points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and can only be redeemed against orders on this site.
• We may withdraw or change any offer, coupon or reward scheme at any time. Points already earned stay valid.
• Coupons or referrals obtained by abuse — fake accounts, bulk signups, automated ordering — may be voided and the account suspended.

• Keep your login details to yourself. You're responsible for orders placed from your account.
• Give accurate delivery details. We're not liable for a failed delivery caused by a wrong address or an unreachable phone number.
• We may suspend an account for fraud, abuse of our staff, or repeated refusal of delivered orders.

Some products may not be sold to minors under Indian law. Our delivery staff may ask for proof of age and may refuse delivery of those items.

The in-app assistant helps you find products and check order status. It reads live catalog data, but it can still make mistakes. The prices, stock and totals shown on the product and checkout pages are what govern your order.

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kathua, Jammu & Kashmir.

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
